Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, please email support@trybodycurve.com with the subject line "Formal Complaint." We take all complaints seriously and will aim to resolve your issue within 5 business days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may refer the matter to your local Trading Standards office or an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme.
